What we collect — and what we do not

Looking at premiums requires no account, no email and no tracking cookie. The values you type into the comparison (postcode, year of birth, deductible) travel in the page address and are not stored.

If, after seeing the results, you ask to be helped, we store your first name, your email, your consent and the context of your comparison. We store neither your IP address nor any browser fingerprint.

If you ask for the 30 November reminder, we keep your email address, your language and the page you signed up from — nothing else. It serves one email a year, in October, and nothing else: no newsletter, no passing to third parties. Every sign-up carries an unsubscribe link from the outset, working with no account and no password.

We count page views, on our own server and with no third-party tool. Each view records three things: the page, the language, and the domain of the site that sent you — «google.com», never the search you typed there. No cookie, no identifier, nothing stored in your browser: two visits from the same person are indistinguishable to us, and that is deliberate.

Why, and for how long

This data serves only to call you back and to prepare your personalised comparison. It is passed to the FINMA-registered partner broker you agreed to. It is neither sold nor transferred to any unauthorised third party.

It is kept for two years after the last contact, then deleted.

Where it is stored

In Switzerland, on an Infomaniak server. Transport is encrypted with TLS 1.3, storage with AES-256. No personal data leaves Swiss territory.

Your rights

• ✓Ask for it to be deleted.
• ✓Withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason.
