Data protection
You can use the entire comparison without giving us a single piece of personal data. What follows concerns only what you choose to entrust to us.
What we collect — and what we do not
Looking at premiums requires no account, no email and no tracking cookie. The values you type into the comparison (postcode, year of birth, deductible) travel in the page address and are not stored.
If, after seeing the results, you ask to be helped, we store your first name, your email, your consent and the context of your comparison. We store neither your IP address nor any browser fingerprint.
Why, and for how long
This data serves only to call you back and to prepare your personalised comparison. It is passed to the FINMA-registered partner broker you agreed to. It is neither sold nor transferred to any unauthorised third party.
It is kept for two years after the last contact, then deleted.
Where it is stored
In Switzerland, on an Infomaniak server. Transport is encrypted with TLS 1.3, storage with AES-256. No personal data leaves Swiss territory.
Your rights
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Have it corrected if it is inaccurate.
- Ask for it to be deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason.
