What it changes for you
It covers consultations, hospital in the general ward of your canton of residence, medicines on the specialities list, maternity, part of physiotherapy and home care. It does not cover ordinary dental work, adult glasses, or a private room. Knowing what is absent prevents buying supplementary cover for something basic insurance already pays.
