Managed Care is the "Group practice (HMO)" model from sana24. It is offered across 42 premium regions, where the adult premium with a CHF 300 deductible runs from CHF 387.10 to CHF 687.20 a month in 2026.
You go to a designated group practice, which coordinates your care.
